Cyclist Hazard Perception Content for ADI Learning Platform
Producing 7 CGI clips for the Bikeability Trust's new learning platform, raising awareness of cyclist hazards among Advanced Driving Instructors and their candidates.
The Challenge
The Bikeability Trust — a charity set up to educate the public on cycling — approached DVSA to discuss including CGI hazard perception clips on their new learning platform for Advanced Driving Instructors (ADIs). The learning platform would be used to support candidates' learning and raise awareness of the risks of driving alongside cyclists. The content needed to be realistic, evidence-based, and specifically focused on cyclist-driver interactions.
Our Solution
Jellylearn worked with the DVSA and the Bikeability Trust to produce 7 CGI clips highlighting hazards that specifically involve cyclists and drivers on busy roads. The clips were designed for use by ADIs on the new Bikeability learning platform, supporting the dual objective of making cycling safer and improving driver awareness around cyclists.
